Quality and tradition are the bases of our dishes.
Born with simple mountain Rifugio, during the years the dishes evolved still mantening the traditional flavor of Trentino and Belluno areas. For the creation of our Menu we just use the best product found locally.
The old family recipes have never change, polenta is cooked in the traditional cooper pot on wooden fire stove and the apple strudel is made following the 1933 grandma recipe.
